Submission Guidelines:

C-CODE’ 23 invites submission of high-quality papers describing original work related to topics listed in the Call for Papers. Paper submission and review process will be handled through the EasyChair conference management system. First time users of EasyChair are required to create an account first.

Formatting and Paper Length:

Submission must not exceed six pages and must be formatted in the two-column IEEE conference format (Paper format is MsWord US Letter or LaTeX template). IEEE Manuscript templates for conference proceedings can be found here. Papers must be submitted in PDF format only.

Single Blind Review:

C-CODE’ 23 follows a single blind review process. Authors are required to put their names and affiliations in the submitted manuscripts. Please note that the names and affiliations on the paper must match those in the submission system.

Dual Submissions and Ethical Requirements:

By submitting a manuscript to C-CODE’ 23, authors acknowledge that the paper is substantially original and the paper does not contain any plagiarism. Furthermore, authors also acknowledge that the paper (or its substantially similar content) has not been previously published in any peer-reviewed conference, workshop or journal and will neither be submitted elsewhere during the review period of C-CODE’ 23.

Registration and Presentation:

At least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the paper.  C-CODE’ 23 reserves the right to exclude a paper from the proceedings on IEEE Xplore if it is not presented at the conference.
